The Creative Designer will be responsible for ideating and creating digital designs and motion graphics. They will be part of a creative team within the marketing and business development department, and report directly to the creative director. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, as well as proficiency in motion graphics and video editing. This role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual assets. The ideal individual will be someone who enjoys working with a team, is comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced corporate environment, can function successfully with ambiguity, and is able to successfully manage multiple projects to meet defined deadlines.

The anticipated pay range for this role is SF: $85,500 - $128,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
