The Manager of CICC is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations and conduct and maintenance of the client intake and conflicts functions, as well as the related database and systems of the firm. The Manager of CICC oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Client Intake and Conflict Control (“CICC”) department, including the daily supervision of the CICC staff and the management of client intake and conflicts matters and processes in CICC.
The Manager of CICC serves as an initial point of contact for department customers and staff, and oversees and assists in training firm personnel in conflicts and intake rules and procedures. These responsibilities include directly and indirectly managing supervisory, analyst, and other administrative staff responsible for processing of conflicts reports and new matter forms and information in connection with new business and lateral hires, as well as those responsible for performing various database and systems maintenance and management functions.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $133,500 - 201,000 in the Boston office, and $140,000 - $211,000 in the New York office, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
