Working closely with the Senior Practice Development Manager (SPDM), Practice Development Manager (PDM) and other practice development team members, the Practice Development Experience Specialist (PDES) will support the Asset Management practice in the management, tracking, analysis, organization and governance of the practice group’s experience initiatives. The PDES will support and, in some cases, lead efforts to identify, retain and share matter and client experience within the Practice Development Business Support Team and asset management practice to provide excellent legal services to our clients. The PDES will also identify processes for enhanced internal experience tracking, develop and maintain best practices for tracking experience and take a lead role in contributing to external rankings, marketing content and league tables.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
