The MicroStrategy Solutions Analyst will join a team of developers responsible for the firm’s enterprise data warehouse, management reporting, and business intelligence solutions. Key initiatives include the design and implementation of dashboards using dossier and documents, delivery of self-service dashboards and report development and other MicroStrategy related products. The MicroStrategy Solutions Analyst will communicate and engage with business sponsors to develop a strong understanding of their data and reporting needs. The MicroStrategy Solutions Analyst will also define and document requirements, produce mockups and solution wireframes, and provide training and first-level support for our end-users.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
New York: $84,900-$129,450
Boston: $81,000-$123,550
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
