The Data Analyst will join a team of data engineers, developers, and product owners responsible for the firm’s enterprise data warehouse, MDM and business intelligence solutions, and firm-wide report development. Key team initiatives include the design and implementation of strategic dashboards, delivery of self-service analytics, and the continued expansion of a robust and controlled data landscape.
The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, including IT, finance, business and practice development, HR, and internal application owners, to understand and improve data use across its lifecycle. They will help define and document requirements, including quality standards, pertaining to the sourcing, development, management, and consumption of the firm’s data assets. The Analyst will gain expertise in the firm’s key data domains and will be a critical resource for stewards and end users as we enable new data capabilities and contribute to firm’s overall data literacy.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
