We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. The Marketing Operations Specialist will contribute to the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. They will also ensure our marketing materials are up to date, oversee campaign tracking and analytics, and manage the budget for all marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will have a key role in building process, procedure, and capability, change management efforts and implementing best practices within the department. They will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine operational strategies, ensuring the effective execution of business objectives and strategic goals.
They will take a lead role in the firm’s most important marketing and business development projects and all aspects of department infrastructure management.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate daily with marketing and business development colleagues and stakeholders across the firm.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
New York: $73,900 - $112,650
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
