The Client Operations & LPM (“Client Ops”) team resides at the intersection of legal operations, process improvement, technology, data storytelling, client service and legal project management. The team strengthens Ropes & Gray's client relationships and optimizes the delivery of legal services by developing innovative tools and processes that drive efficiency and meet our partners’ and clients' evolving priorities.
The Client Ops team has put in place a specialized infrastructure team. Its mission is to ensure that the Client Ops team has a reliable technology infrastructure and innovative tools at its disposal.
The Manager of Client Operations & LPM Infrastructure is responsible for managing the technology infrastructure to support this mission and drives high-priority cross-departmental projects (including with the Firm’s Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Information Services and Legal Technology teams) that advance the Client Ops team’s objectives.
The Manager will be the direct supervisor of two direct reports and outside consultants.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Boston: $123,200 - $187,950
New York: $129,100 - $196,900
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
