Overview

The successful candidate will have keen problem solving skills, a willingness to learn and attention to detail. This position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. Accounts Payable experience is required, experience within a law firm or professional services industry is preferred as is experience with Thomson Reuters Elite and Chrome River. The ideal candidate is flexible, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a team player who can also work independently while participating in ongoing projects within a fast paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor AP mailbox and hotline
  • Vendor setup and maintenance
  • AMEX reconciliations
  • Banking and address Verifications
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate organizational and problem solving skills
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with management and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain Confidentiality and safeguard sensitive data at all times

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, research and time management skills
  • Experience with 3E and Chrome River
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

  • Boston: $55,400 - $80,300

 

Working Conditions

This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
