Under the direction of the Director of Legal Project Management, the Senior Manager, Legal Project Management is responsible for development of the firm’s legal project management (LPM) infrastructure. This includes tool and template creation, technology initiatives, LPM knowledge management, ensuring team use of best practices and a focus on scaling of LPM support services. A key aspect of this position is to work as a thought partner with attorneys and senior support management to impact efficiency, quality, competitive position and client satisfaction. Together with the Director, the Senior Manager thinks strategically about ways to further the dissemination of LPM as a best practice firm wide.
The Position includes management responsibilities for Specialist and Analyst roles.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Boston: $171,100 - $273,600
New York: $179,200 - $286,650
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
