Overview

The HRIS Temp will provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR data, assisting employees with time entry and leave accrual inquiries, and contributing to ongoing system projects and process enhancements. The HRIS Temp will collaborate closely with HRIS team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service, while upholding strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive employee information.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process HR data changes within the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave accruals and balances; investigate and resolve related issues.
  • Manage and triage HRIS support tickets, providing timely and clear communication regarding issue resolution or system changes.
  • Process and maintain regular time and payroll deduction files
  • Handle confidential employee data with discretion and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience working with HRIS systems
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS v9.2 preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks for efficient workflow
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

Compensation and Total Rewards Package

The anticipated pay rate for this role is listed below which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting hourly rate at the time of posting. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

 

Boston: $27-30

 

Working Conditions

This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
