Overview

In this position, the candidate will play an active role in historical cleanup, as well as contributing to several ongoing projects. This internship is ideal for candidates with interest in analysis, project management and application of GAAP, as they will get hands-on experience that will combine in-depth analysis of both operational and financial data to help resolve complex AP issues. The candidate will receive research assignments, while being encouraged to innovate and challenge the status quo.

 

This position will contribute to Accounts Payables historical clean up projects and other ad hoc items as needed. The role will gain expertise in the firm’s data, processes, and systems. The work will be project-based and will involve gathering relevant data to clean up outstanding historical items and maintain the vendor data base.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-team support on ad hoc projects
• Develop expertise in the data, systems and processes of the firm Team work & communication skills
• Quickly and accurately respond to AP inquires
• Contribute to open-ended AP projects
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the firm

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting or related field
• High level of initiative and intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Experience with 3E, Chrome River a plus

Compensation and Total Rewards Package

The anticipated pay rate for this role is listed below which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

 

Boston: $25/hour

Working Conditions

This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
