The Compliance & Data Science Consultant supports the Lab’s compliance advisory and data analytics service lines by combining substantive regulatory knowledge with quantitative and computational skill. The incumbent in the role will contribute to client-facing compliance assessments, portfolio monitoring engagements, and data-driven risk analytics projects.

You’ll bring sound judgment, energy, and creativity to client engagements and help translate complex compliance and analytical concepts into clear, actionable advice for attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
You’ll be comfortable working across disciplines and learning quickly in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll need to communicate clearly, collaborate with lawyers and data scientists, take ownership of your work, and be confident contributing ideas while developing toward independent engagement management.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or comparable platforms; comfort working with structured and unstructured datasets.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
