The KM Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, operation, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s intranet and collaboration platforms. Serving as both a technical support and hands-on partner within the KM Technology team, this position supports the current SharePoint Subscription Edition environment while actively contributing to the organization’s transition to SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 solutions, and other third-party platforms. The Analyst partners with members of the KM Technology team, the Enterprise Systems team, and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support configuration and testing activities, develop and maintain workflow solutions, and identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, usability, search effectiveness, AI-assisted content discovery, and overall user experience.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
New York: $96,600 - $147,300
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
